We are on a mission to empower every voice to participate in decisions that impact their community, to so manifest a world with wiser and more connected communities. We do this by research, design, engineering, and implementation of human and inclusive democratic products.
From Concept to European Market
Founded in 2023 with pre-seed funding, Dembrane has rapidly evolved from a promising concept to a proven market solution. We've collaborated on groundbreaking research projects with OpenAI and leading academic institutions, transitioning from MVP to product-market fit in just one year. Our track record: 65+ successful paid projects across four countries, demonstrating the power and scalability of our approach.

Our Home
Our office sits in the heart of Den Bosch, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. While we value our collaborative space, we embrace flexibility in work location. We believe great work happens where people feel their best, whether that's in our office, at home, or somewhere in between.
Small Team, Big Impact
Currently at 7 FTE employees, our close-knit team delivers impact far beyond our size. We plan to double our team within a year, carefully selecting individuals who share our passion for democratic technology and bring exceptional talent to our mission.
Ambitious Horizon
Our two-year roadmap is clear and ambitious: roll out Echo across the Benelux, secure seed funding, develop our next generation of products, and expand throughout Europe. Despite our growth plans, we're committed to maintaining a lean operation with a small team, prioritizing talent density over headcount. We believe the most impactful teams aren't necessarily the largest—they're the most talented, aligned, and passionate.
