We've just released several improvements to make ECHO work better for you 🌻
What's New
You can now edit your reports directly in the platform instead of having to export and modify them elsewhere. We've also completely redesigned the library system to help you find deeper insights from your conversation history.
We also enhanced the recording experience, to make sure valuable conversations don’t get lost due to technical hiccups. Participants now test their microphone setup upfront - a simple change that we think will make a big difference.
Technical Improvements
File uploads over 250MB now work properly, including MP4s. Safari users should find everything working smoothly again. We've also fixed various bugs that were causing slowdowns and display issues.
What's Next
The enhanced library features are rolling out gradually - you can request early access if you want to try them early.
